A billionaire from Asia has bought Oxford Street’s most expensive home for £21.4 million.
This is the biggest single residential property sale by value done this year on London’s Oxford Street. The sale was of the entire penthouse floor.
The property is in the TCRW SOHO apartment building.
Galliard Homes and estate agent Merchants Row carried out the sale, however, no other details have been made available to the public.
